Construction Management |
This project is one of the seven projects to revitalize the town of Kesennuma City. The project involved community participation for all interested citizens.
We believe that discussion on the development of the town among many citizens is important. We organized the workshop with over 100 citizens from all over town. This workshop repeated from the planning stage to the construction stage. In turn, a wonderful place was built with citizen involvement in the construction process and everyone was deeply moved.

Participation Process and Design Quality
Citizen commitment and Design quality control are both important. We oversaw the project with special attention that the design shall not be compromised.
Feng-Shui and Dragon
There is an idea that the force of the earth such as a mountain range regard the Dragon in Feng-Shui teaching. The site sits on the Dragon's spine, which is why we use the Dragon as a motif for this project.
